Newsletter

We communicate all information regarding vocal performances, new courses, workshops and rates via our newsletter. When you receive the invoice and terms for your first course, you automatically opt in for our mailing system. Are you taking lessons at Ease Vocal Club? Private and duo/trio lessons

• We offer lesson packages of 5, 10, or 15 singing lessons. 
• Lessons can be taken weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your personal preference.
• You arrange your lesson day and time directly with your teacher.
• It is possible to start at any point during the course year.
• Once your lesson package is completed, you decide if you want to purchase a new one; so you’re not tied to a subscription.
• Lesson packages are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.

Choirs

• Our course year is divided into three periods.
• Choir lessons are weekly. 
• There is no trial lesson possible for the choirs.
• You register for the whole choir course at once.

• Monday and Wednesday - Tugela85 (Tugelaweg 85 in Amsterdam Oost)
• Monday and Wednesday - De Meevaart (Balistraat 48A Amsterdam Oost)
• Tuesday - Studio 239 (Prinsengracht 239 in Amsterdam Centrum)
• Tuesday - V12 (Veldbiesstraat 10 in Amsterdam Noord)
• Wednesday and Thursday - Wachterliedpaviljoen (Wachterliedplantsoen 1-3 in Amsterdam West) 

Periods 2026/2027 (for choirs)

Period 1 (15 weekly lessons)

31 August - 18 December

No lessons: 

Autumn break 12 October - 16 October

Christmas break 21 December - 1 January

Period 2 (12 weekly lessons)

4 January - 2 April
No lessons:

Spring break 22 February - 26 February

Please note: Lessons for all Monday choirs will take place as usual on Monday March 29 (Easter Monday).

Period 3 (12 weekly lessons)

5 April - 9 July
No lessons:

May break 24 April - 7 May

Please note: On Monday, May 3rd, lessons for all Monday choirs will take place as usual. Due to the Pentecost holiday, there will be no lessons for these choirs on Monday, May 17th.

Summer Holiday 2027 

12 July - 20 August

Please note: The dates and times for the Summer Choir will be announced in spring 2027.

Upon request, vocal lessons can be scheduled in the summer with available teachers.

Payment

• Choirlessons are paid via invoice before the start of the first lesson. 
• The full amount will be charged in one invoice. Payment in two installments can be considered through deliberation. When agreed upon this arrangement, you agree to pay the full amount for both payment terms. 
• Lessons for anyone younger than 21 years old are VAT exempt.
  For anyone 21 years and older 21% VAT is applied (this is already included in the price). 

Cancelling lessons 

• It’s not possible to reschedule choir lessons.
• A student has the right to reschedule a lesson if it has been canceled more than 24 hours before the original time and the teacher has an opening for it. The right to reschedule the lesson expires four months after purchase of the lesson package.
• If a student cancels a lessons within 24 hours before the lesson, this lesson expires and there is no possibility to reschedule.
• If the teacher is hindered, the missed lesson will be rescheduled in deliberation with the student or will be given by a replacing teacher. 
• In case a student is absent from a duo or trio lesson, the lesson will still be charged. The other student will then have the lesson by themselves. 
• It’s not possible to refund payments once they’ve been made.

Validity lessons

• Lessons are valid for four months from the date of purchase. Are there special circumstances that make it impossible to finish your lessons? Please reach out to us at info@easevocalclub.com. 

Liability

Ease Vocal Club cannot be held liable for any loss of items, theft or damage to any properties of the student. Entering the studios is completely at your own risk.
