Course year

• Our course year is divided into three periods.

• In these periods you can schedule weekly or bi-weekly lessons, the day and time you will plan with your teacher. 
• You can start singing with us at any time, termination is only possible at the end of a period. 
• We have a one month notice period.

• The choir lessons are weekly. 
• There is no trial lesson possible for the choirs.

• Monday and Wednesday - Tugela85 (Tugelaweg 85 in Amsterdam Oost)
• Monday and Wednesday - Q-Factory (Atlantisplein 1, Amsterdam Oost)
• Tuesday - Studio 239 (Prinsengracht 239 in Amsterdam Centrum)
• Wednesday - Wachterliedpaviljoen (Wachterliedplantsoen 1-3 in Amsterdam West) 
• Thursday - Wachterliedpaviljoen (Wachterliedplantsoen 1-3 in Amsterdam West) 

2025/2026

Period 1 (15 weekly lessons)

Christmas break 22 December - 4 January

Period 2 (15 weekly lessons)

5 January - 24 April
No lessons:

Payment

• Payment of lessons will be done for one period with an invoice, to be paid in advance. 
• The full amount will be charged in one invoice. A special payment arrangement can be considered through deliberation, with a minimum of five lessons per invoice. 
• Lessons for anyone younger than 21 years old are VAT exempt.
  For anyone 21 years and older 21% VAT is applied (this is already included in the price). 
• The payment for a trial lesson must be paid in advance through a payment request. 

Cancelling lessons 

• It’s not possible to reschedule choir lessons.
• A student has the right to reschedule a private or duo lesson if it has been cancelled more than 24 hours before the original time and the teacher has an opening for it. This is possible for a maximum of two times per period. The right to reschedule the lesson expires a month after the cancelled lesson. 
• If a student cancels a lessons within 24 hours before the lesson, this lesson expires and there is no possibility to reschedule.
• If the teacher is hindered, the missed lesson will be rescheduled in deliberation with the student or will be given by a replacing teacher. 
• In case a student is absent from a duo or trio lesson, the lesson will still be charged. The other student will then have the lesson by themself. 
• It’s not possible to refund payments once they’ve been made.

Validity lessons

Lessons are only valid within the period the lessons are bought for. Lessons can’t be transferred to a next period. Are there special circumstances that make it impossible to finish your lessons? Please reach out to us at info@easevocalclub.com.

Liability

Ease Vocal Club cannot be held liable for any loss of items, theft or damage to any properties of the student. Entering the studios is completely at your own risk.

We communicate all information regarding concerts, new courses, workshops, and rates through our newsletter. Upon receipt of the invoice and these terms and conditions, you automatically consent to being subscribed to our newsletter.
